At the completion of the 8 weeks provided your commit to the programme, you will feel healthier, revitalised and have a more confident approach towards a healthy lifestyle.
Fast forward 8 weeks!…You’ve committed to the programme and you feel so much more confident in the clothes you wear and social surroundings you’re in.
We will educate you on not only how to drop body fat, but most importantly how to continue to make progress in a way that’s sustainable and attainable for you.
You will receive nutrition targets and meal plans, as well as access to over 500 meals & snacks
An exercise schedule suited to your circumstances, fitness level and experience.
Exercise & Nutrition plans will be designed to fit your start point and lifestyle to ensure its effective and sustainable for you to achieve your goals.
We will provide clear, honest feedback and will be available to address any assistance you have throughout the 8 weeks.
Your coach will offer consistent motivation and guidance, including bi-weekly check-ins and adjustments to keep you working towards your goals.
Complete an in depth PAR-Q to determine your start point. From here your coach will assign an exercise and meal plan that best suits you.
To the KM Fitness Coaching App. You will have access to your exercise and nutrition plans as well as all the exclusive features, including tracking and monitoring your progress.
You will check in with your coach to review your progress and to make required adjustments to your training and nutrition plans, to ensure continued progression.
Your coach will monitor your progress through weight and measurement checks, as well as progress photos (optional).
Your coach will provide continued advice and encouragement throughout the 8 weeks to ensure you stay on track.
Evaluate overall progress at end of the 8 weeks and provide recommendations for maintaining progress and continuing improvements.
